About
DSIO Industries is an independent software studio founded in 2026 in Winchester, Virginia. We build custom SaaS products from the ground up, handling design, engineering, hardware integration, and day-to-day operations in house.
Each product we make starts with a real problem we've hit ourselves. SimplCRM began as the management software our own jiu jitsu academy needed but couldn't buy. Reception Desk and our DSBS business tools follow the same pattern: build the tool you wish existed, then make it available to everyone else.

AI virtual receptionist
An AI receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and captures leads for small businesses around the clock. It speaks in a natural voice, sends an instant summary after every call, and gives you a live admin console so the front desk is always covered.
Gym management CRM
The only gym CRM with built-in facial recognition check-in. One platform handles members, leads, classes, the kiosk, point of sale, broadcasts, belt tracking, and biometric attendance. We built it first for BJJ and martial arts schools and are now expanding it to general fitness.
Tournament management
A tournament management and athlete tracking platform for combat sports. It replaces Smoothcomp and TrackWrestling and adds proprietary mat-side hardware for scoring, biometric check-in, and weigh-in stations. Flowstate supports BJJ, wrestling, judo, MMA, and submission grappling.
Time tracking & payroll
Standalone time tracking and payroll software for small businesses. Owners create jobs and employees clock in from any device with a single tap. It is a fast, focused alternative to T-Sheets without the bloat.
Invoicing · timeclock · network designer
The DS Business Suite is an internal toolkit for small businesses. It bundles a ported Timeclock, an Authorize.net invoicing module, an AI-assisted proposal writer, and a Network Designer for WiFi and structured cabling with auto-routing and PoE budget calculation. We use it in house and offer it to a small group of pilot customers.
We are also developing white label platforms across verticals.
